Cost & Process Optimization as well as Marketing for a major Slovak production company

A leading player on the Slovak window and facade market cooperates with weastra in order to optimize its internal cost and processes structure. In a first part of the project an in-depth audit was conducted that allowed to perceive the full picture of the current situation pertaining to the company’s costs and processes. By means of a quantitative analysis the main bottlenecks impeding a more efficient structure and workflow could be identified. Quantitatively, a value tree analysis identified the main cost centers bearing potential for optimization. Weastra proposed priority areas and concrete measures for cost-cutting. In following project stages a comprehensive framework for continuous strategic cost-cutting will be mapped and the client’s employees will be coached in implementing the new cost and process structure. Furthermore controlling mechanisms will be set up within the framework in order to guarantee a sustained and sustainable cost and process structure in the future.

Parallel to the optimization project weastra assists its client in the setup of a marketing framework for application to the Czech and Slovak markets. These marketing consulting services include both the elaboration of a strategic marketing plan as well as the operational plan for the upcoming months.
