Expansion 1-stop-shop for Forstinger Handel und Service GmbH

Austria’s biggest car spare and accessory retailer relies on weastra in their expansion to Slovakia. This includes tailor-made services in the area of Recruiting, Location Scouting, Entry strategy, Marketing Consulting, Competitive Analysis, local PR Management and promotion activities.

Within the field of HR Services weastra has recruited new staff employed in and for the Slovak stores – namely the country manager, the five store managers and their representatives at the outlets in Lučenec, Martin, Žilina, Zvolen and Trenčin as well as accountants and shop assistants.

In the Marketing field our first-hand experience of the local market is invaluable in developing the entire concept for each new store-opening through our sub-branch „weastra promotion“. This includes both the pre-opening activities as well as the event management on the opening day. The operative tasks of a typical pre-opening phase consists in outdoor advertisements such as billboards and signs, mobile promotion activities such as the distribution of flyers by hostesses in town and shopping centres as well as an exclusive limousine promoting Forstinger in the region.

Last but not least the opening is being advertised through the most important regional print media and local TV and radio stations. For the day of the store opening weastra organizes all activities including the programme (e.g. outdoor games and competitions, moderator and DJ), technique, facility, catering, flyers, and more. Regular local promotion activities that weastra runs for its client include for instance monthly flyer distributions, campaigns for seasonal topics as well as the promotion on trade fairs such as Slovakia’s car shows in Bratislava and Nitra. Our client has been fully satisfied with our services.
