Optimization of personnel policy for a major Slovak company, active in construction industry

weastra helped one of the leading Slovak construction companies to optimize their personal policy in one of the company divisions through a persona audit.

weastra, in cooperation with the management defined the personal requirements  of all existing and potential job titles in the company (professional skills and abilities, personal and psychological needs for each job title).

Through full-day development centers weastra evaluated over 50 employees of the company in several levels and positions.

The evaluation was based on psychological testing (GPOP – personality test, test of motivation, test of managerial abilities) and testing of skills and expertise of employees.

As a result weastra prepared a comparison between the defined job title requirements and the outputs of the employee testing, and then defined the gaps and risk for each employee.

weastra also defined the most promising talents in the company and prepared for the management recommendations for their growth. As a part of the output weastra also prepared a program for personal growth in the company through necessary training and courses – set specifically for each employee.

As the last step of the project weastra gave systemized feedback to each evaluated employee, with focus on their strengths and weaknesses and with recommendations for their personal growth.
